Isle of Man shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any claims, disputes or differences in terms of the Agreement and all matters arising therefrom, and finally waives the right to object to questions related to those courts, or whether claims that the claim is brought in the wrong form, or that those courts are not competent in the matter. 14. Divisibility If any provision of this Agreement poker rakeback is or becomes illegal, invalid / unenforceable in any country that does not in any way affect the validity / applicability in that State of any other provision of the Agreement or the validity / applicability in other countries that or any provision thereof. 15. TRANSFER poker rakeback reserves the right to transfer the right of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
